In 2004 we built a new state of the art 3200 sq. ft. professional office which currently houses an office manager and 17 REALTORS with over 150 Years of combined experience. Amelia Realty continues to be in the forefront of professional service and professional character in the area.

PERSONAL COMMENTS: Relocated to Fernandina Beach from New York City in 2006, with my husband and two sons. Both children attended and graduated from the University of North Florida, and quickly found employment in their respective fields. I reside in Amelia National Golf & Country Club, and am very much aware of the terrific Real Estate bargains that are available in the area, in the current market. Having extensively searched for the ideal place to live throughout much of the South and all of Florida, I can truly say that my decision to buy and live in this area was the right one… it may be for you as well. The Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island/Yulee area has much to offer: great beaches, small town feel, close to top-rated medical facilities, shopping, fine restaurants, good schools, houses of worship, and close proximity to Jacksonville Airport. The area is a thirty minute drive from Jacksonville, which houses the corporate headquarters of many financial, insurance, medical and telecommunication corporations, has great potential for those seeking employment. Other noteworthy employers are the Jax Seaport (due to its’ recent and continuing expansion), Rainier Forestry, Smurfit-Stone, CSX, the Ritz Carlton hotel. Omni Amelia Plantation, and numerous other service-related, retail and hospitality businesses, as well as the upcoming construction of a U.S. Navy Carrier base in Mayport.
