PERSONAL COMMENTS: I have lived on Amelia Island
in Nassau County since 1979 and raised a family here. This is
the only place my children have ever lived and also the only
place I have been in the real estate business. Since 1988 I
have been the Broker/Manager of Amelia Realty Inc. I am well
schooled in all aspects of real estate in the area from
residential to commercial from oceanfront to resort property.
